warm and fuzzy

My favorite season is here!

And the house (well... 700 sq ft, 1 bedroom, attached garage, apartment) is getting cozy. :)

The candles are lit...

The sparkly pillows and cozy afghan (knitted by Jeff's Grandma!) are placed... Vince Guaraldi is playing round the clock...


Collected magazines from holidays past are pulled out (Martha Stewart circa 2003!)...

Pumpkins are popping up...

Cinnamon on everything, especially coffee... in our fall color Starbucks mug collection...

Pumpkin pie bites warm our tummies (from the inspirational bakerella.com)...

And warm socks and jammies keep us cozy all day.

Can't get enough...

...of the 'Bucks! I have a serious obsession with all things Starbucks. (Look at my Barista here!) Today I got my hands on one of these hot commodities... the new insulated, re-usable, "green", must have summer cup! I love it.

I can afford my obsession thanks to the amazing hook ups from my sister and brother-in-law, loyal baristas since... forever!

Thank you for our never ending supply of coffee and espresso!

Jeff and I would be lost without our lattes. :)

Pull Ups

This kid can pull him self up like no other. He'll grab onto anything to be able to stand. He was standing in his crib this morning at 7am, babbling, trying to get our attention. He then followed me into the kitchen (he can crawl now as of last week!) to watch me make my usual latte. I turn around from the counter and see a standing baby!

Speaking of coffee... here is the best espresso maker ever, my vanilla pump, and my favorite espresso cup full of grounds. I don't go a morning without ANY of it!

Then it's play time!
